Default Error C00D11D1 AND C00D1199
I've read some of the post on the site regarding this and tried some of the suggestion and still have problems.

My Zune program will not play any of my music or videos on my library. I've had this music and videos for over a year and it just now started to give me problems. At first the music and videos gave me the same error C00D1199 and now the video display a different error C00D11D1. I tried updating the video and audio driver they are up to date. I ran a registry clean up on my cpu and still no go. The only thing I've done to the cpu since the library was working was remove NORTON security suite and added another security program. Can anyone out there help me out or give me suggestions. I almost forgot to mention that my window media player is not working if that make a difference.

Use UnZoone to remove the old installation and reinstall using the installer package from Zune.net | Download Zune software. And out of curiosity, what exactly is wrong with WMP?

My WMP wont play any videos also. I've installed the Windows XP updates and tried to update the drivers and they all show up to date.

You might want to download a codec pack to ensure you haven't accidentally deleted the decoding files.

I'd recommend k-lite codec pack.

I've always gone with: Free-Codecs.com : Download K-Lite Codec Pack 4.4.2 FULL, K-Lite Codec Pack 4.4.2 STANDARD, K-Lite Codec Pack 4.4.2 BASIC : K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools

But this is a long shot.. probably not going to end up helping.

I still think WMP and Zune share files (at least they share error messages), so with WMP being broken, perhaps that's having a negative effect on Zune

Ok, I tried the suggestion and still the same problem. Any other suggestions? Please HELP.

Any other suggestions, I am going crazy with this cpu. I can not play any videos on it, or music files. All the files in my library had been working fine for at least a year until a few days ago. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
