Zune device: some songs on the device do not correspond to the title
When i play music from the zune software, everything is fine. however, sometimes after certain songs are synced to the zune player, things go haywire. by that i mean, the music im listening to do not match up with the information that is showing up. For example, i select to play michael jackson - thriller, but the song that actually plays it another random (related) song, say... marvin gaye. this is a serious problem because when im rating the songs, i delete the ones i don't like from my zune. if the information is incorrect, i could be deleting the wrong song. its pissing me off.
This is what i have tried so far to try to fix it or figure out where the problem was coming from:
1. clearing both the software and device and then adding and re-syncing everything
Result: same problem
2. cleared all music from the device and then re-syncing
Result: same problem
3. clearing only the software and adding it back
Result: same problem, with some duplicates that does the same thing
4. removing some playlist that have songs experiencing the problem
Result: same problem
5. removing all playlists
Result: same problem
6. removing all music from device and then adding ONE song that experiences the problem
Result: same plroblem
conclusion: even with only one song in the device, the title of the song is still not the actual song, but another song. The song, when played on the software is still the same....
I don't know what could be going on or where the problem can occur. Please HELP!
