syncing videos

got i got my zune 30gb i had some boondocks shows as wmv so i decied add to zune but then when was done syncing it had error said it was invaild or corrupted when it plays fine. i change it to mp4 still no good mov it doesnt show up only once for sonic trailer that i download from site. plus why does take long to sync my movies looks like going take me a day for 1 movie its goes sooo slow i bet tomrrow morning it won't be finished . plz help

The Zune 30 can only accept WMV and if it's in a different format, the software must transcode it (which depending on your computer, can take forever). My suggestion is to get the file into WMV and make sure it can play in Windows Media Player. If all that's done and there's still an issue, call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week.

ok i will cause i played the videos from limewire but i don't want use it cause virus it play a mov type and mp4 wmv it wouldn't play maybe need differnet conventer
