The Zune 30 can only accept WMV and if it's in a different format, the software must transcode it (which depending on your computer, can take forever). My suggestion is to get the file into WMV and make sure it can play in Windows Media Player. If all that's done and there's still an issue, call customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week.
