So my zune 30 has stopped responding, ie black screen, zune logo, loading bar, but no menu/music videos etc. Tried draining the batteries and recharging, restarting etc. I ordered a repair off of the website. But my warranty expires in like 4 days. My question: Since i ordered the repair within my warranty am i ok, will i receive the rapairs/replacement for free- or since Microsoft won't receive my zune until after my warranty expires am i out of luck?

You need to call customer support ASAP! They would be able to secure your warranty status!! Call them at 1-877-GET-ZUNE, 6am-9pm PST, 7 days a week....
