Error: Windows could not load installer for wpd

I updated my zune to the latest software that is out (3.0 I think), after I restarted my computer. I get the following message when I plug my Zune in...

"windows could not load installer for wpd".

Any idea how I can remedy this problem?

Thanks in advance for the help.

If anyone needs to know..
My zune is version 2.3 (1145)
Bootloader 435
