Cant add Videos...

ok heres my problem, ive converted my videos into mp4 format and ive tried syncing them onto my zune, when i try it will sync for a good while and when it gets to 100% it says items not added. and ive tried useing both mp4 and wma format and ive tried more then 1 video. i converted the videos with Zune Converter, by jacek pazera. But i have one video thats like about a min that will sync on there every time.

Anyone know how to fix this?

oh and im on the latest firmware 3.0

Try using SUPER to convert with Zune presets and see if that works.
