Now - I know this has been posted many times, but my problem has been somewhat diffrent from others.
Yesterday, I fixed my zune due to the "this item is missing or cant be played" error. This morning, my zune was working perfectly. I turned my zune on this afternoon, after I listened to a few songs, it happened again. Now none of my tracks will play, even though I erased all the firmware, content etc. of the zune yesterday and re synced it. Please help, thank you. |

well that happened to me once. it kinda sucked because i was on a long bus trip that i didn't have access to anything else but my zune. But when i got the error the first time i just restarted my zune and everything was hunky dory for me. Later when i got back from the trip it happened to me before i went to bed. so i just wiped my hard drive (which was stoopid) took me over a 1/2 to put everything back up on it since i have 71 gigs of music. And everything seemed normal. i would just check the files on your computer b/c the zune software doesn't like to play let alone refind the music files that you have moved. So the software may have said that it synced your files but it really just synced the titles of the song and none of the data.
