30 gig big freeze ?

Hello folks here is a question and not sure of a fix.
I recently updated to the new update 3.0 and every
few songs it will freeze up. Then I will shut it off
and on and it will work for a few. And freeze again.

Ok so Iam no brain but I hear it may be that the 3.0
version is on top of the old.

If I clean it up will I lose all music in the zune?
and the zune software that has it all?

Ok so how do cllean it up. firmware?

Please tell me step for step cause Like I said
Iam not too pc friendly with firmware and
loading and removeing.
