Check to see if your 30GB is linked to your Zune tag.
Make sure you have a wireless network. Turn on wireless and connect to your wireless network. If you're in range, it should be fine.

still not working. connects to my wireless network find. is synced to my zune tag and gets all the way to 'updating content' then just never gets any further. my wife's and kid's zunes work find, (both 4g).
any other suggestions? |
