my zune has been stuck on please wait for about an hour when i was updating the software. i unplugged the zune and tried to turn it off but it is apparently frozen. it sucks. what should i do?

Hold Back-Up to reset it.

you will probably have to do a hard reset.

It's wiping the thing entirely. But before doing that, do the soft reset, Back-Up. If that doesn't work, I'll tell you how to wipe it.

ok i let it die and then plugged it back in. now it says contact support. what to do what to do
