GOD PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

I have a 30 gb zune, i broke the lcd screen, so i orderd a new one , right when it was inserted the screen activated and operated normally, but as i was putting it all back together in its case, something happned, now it only turns on when plugged into the usb and plugged in it only flashes the ZUNE main screen. nothing else, i have had no luck in finding anyone to help me. please if you can help.

Dam...depending on when you bought it, if it's been less than a year, you could call customer support, but you may have just voided your warranty. Without the device physically to look at, there's not much people can help you with through a forum...

they screwed me when i called they told me i voided my warranty because they dont covor the LCD if its my fault its cracked.

make sure that the battery and hardrive are plugged in right i took apart my zune and the same happened but it just wasnt plugged in right

if it happened when you were putting it back together, it's possible you did something like what I did and broke a wire. Take it back apart and look for anything loose or any wires that look torn or slashed or anything like that.
