[SOLVED] Scanning Issue

Hello all, this is my first post here.

I recently bought a 30G Zune from a friend at work. I like it a lot and have had no issues with it at all.
Last night I was messing around with it and went into the "Social" menu. I do not remember what I pressed, but now under the heading "nearby", it says "scanning" and there is always a symbol above the battery level indicator. My question is, how do I turn this off? I did not get the manual, so I am not sure how to do this.

That's the wireless. To turn it off, go to Setting>Wireless. There should be an option that says Wireless: On. Just turn it off.
