Screen Cracked..

A couple days ago I turned on my zune after taking it off my zune dock. And the screen looked cracked. So I took off the screen protector. And I couldn't feel a crack, it just looks like a crack on the screen. It still plays music but I cant see anything.. Anyone know whats going on?

my screen has been cracked now for... almost a year... and basically everything went black and a light formed revealing the crack the more I play it. I managed to get it into shuffle mode and just let it go on random all the time. It really sucks, but I just haven't put out the 50 bux to get a new screen mailed to me to fix it. Which btw, the screen sometimes comes with tools needed to fix it, you may want to do that if the 50 bux is good for you. I forget the site, I just found it by google-ing zune replacement screen. Probably your best bet.

If you still have your Zune warranty, just skip this whole situation and call 1-877-GET-ZUNE, but don't tell them the screen broke. Tell them that the zune pad or something doesn't work anymore.

I called them when mine broke and found out quickly that they don't cover a screen issue... Now I'm no longer in warranty
