Exclamation Zune doesn't sync HELP

when i downloaded new zune 3.0 it was fine for two days but my friend reset the zune because he didnt know the password so i updated the firmware again and now when i sync it freezes on the 10% and my zune makes a click sound when it gets stuck at 10% can u help me
