zune and vista help

after updated software when i plug in my zune it says its installing drivers. says driver installed must restart laptop. after restart installs drivers and says must restart computer again. so on and so on. reset my zune to original and still doesnt work. when using zune with computer with windows xp everything works fine. unfortunatly have all my music and movies on computer with vista. any help appreciated. thanx

What kind of Vista do You have 64-bit or 32-bit?

Unfortunately, I don't have the solution, but I am running 32bit Vista and I am having the exact same problem with my 30gig. I hope somebody out there can help.

I have never had that problem, you might want to contact ms and see what help they can provide
