hello, i've had zune for about a year and no problems, about four days ago the zune software displayed a notice that u had to uypdate the zune frimware, so i did it and since i've had problems, at first the songs didnt have a countdown , then some songs randomly played in fast speed mode, then later it didnt play songs at all, now it wont even turn on....
please help me, is there any way to repair it? thanks in advance.. |

That seems to be a problem. You may just need to wipe your Zune and start over. All those things can be caused by a conected Zune during the update. It could also relate to a game you installed, or corrupted files on your Zune. You want to make sure the zune is fully charged before you update too.

I'm sorry to say that at this moment, the easiest way to fix your zune would be to wipe it. It doesn't matter if it is off or on. Hold Back, Center, and Play/Pause for about 5-10 seconds to wipe the Zune, then you can start over.
