sync prob after 3.0 update

hello i have a zune 30. i just updated my zune with the latest firmware. now i'm having issues syncing my zune. im getting no error messages, only the music i downloaded thru marketplace will not sync to my zune. all the cd's i've ripped to my pc sync'd just fine. the software says its syncing but when i check the device its self it dosen't sync any of the downloaded music and my subscription is up to date. i've reformatted the zune several times. i've forgotten the device a couple of times. is someone able to tell how to fix? oo should i uninstall the 3.0 update on my zune and go back to 2.5? if that is the action i should take could you please post the instructions in the reply.

If only the marketplace stuff is not syncing, then try playing it in Windows Media Player. If it doesn't play, then try resetting your DRM
