Default Zune freezes

ok so i have a Zune 30 and ive had it ssince last september and its been working fine.... until today . My zune is on the contact support page (5) and just stays there. It can restart, but when i try to restore it, it wont. It just freezes at the Zune logo screen then goes back to the contact support page.

It still has its warranty, can i like take it to a store to trade it or fix it or something?

Alright, reset it again, but when you see the logo, hit Back-Center-Left. That will wipe the firmware and HD. Connect to the computer to relaod the firmware and music, and BOOM, it's done.

that what i meant by restoring it, it wont let me do that. When the logo comes up i hold back, center & left and and hold it for a while and nothing happens.

Well....that's odd....sounds like a warranty job then. The wipe fixes 99% of Zune problems, the other 1% are usually warranty jobs.

Sounds like your Zune pretty much bit the dust, there's really no repair that can be done. Best hope is to get it replaced by Microsoft under warranty.
