Has anyone else had an issue with the time counter not moving since the 3.0 upgrade. It seems to happen about every 5 songs or so. If so is there a fix other than be told to wipe it and start over.
Thanks, Tetsuo82 |

You don't necessarily have to wipe your device. Try restarting it by pressing UP and Back. Also try running the battery dry and restarting. This has actually been known to work.

Resetting or letting it run dry fix it, but only for a time, if memory serves.

I think that was true before, but we are on a new firmware now, so It may be a permement fix now (If we're lucky that is.)

well, tried resetting but the problem kept recurring ... finally wiped the device (firmware and all), and after a huge headache getting my pc to recognize the zune again (involving installing windows media format 11 runtime) and reinstall the firmware, the issue started happening again..
really irritating bug, in a number of ways.. hopefully a fix will come. i wonder how many people are having this issue? Last edited by raintheory : 09-26-2008 at 11:53 PM. Reason: . |
