I am trying just about everything and I just can't seem to download a game to my Zune.

Well, what's the problem then? Where is the guide not helping you? The only thing wrong with the guide is that it needs to say "XNA GS Beta" instead of CTP. Are you using the Beta or CTP?

Zunepad? There's an app (game, but not actually a game) called Zunepad. Are you trying to load it?

I'm trying to load anything and everything... but I can't seem to download it to my zune...

It keeps saying, 'waiting for computer'. If I need to deploy, then how do I deploy?

Well, the first one looks like it should. The second one...where's the rest of the screen? Did you open the .sln file, then right-click the item with the Zune logo next to it and hit deploy? Try taking a few screenshots of the progress and post them.
