Random reboots

When I'm driving and using an FM transmitter on my zune It randomly restarts/reboots in the middle of a song or podcast or whatever. I can't say it's every 5 or 10 or 3 mins just totally random. But when I use my inverter and wall charger as I drive as well as the FM trans it doesn't do it at all.
Is it possible the battery is going bad ? I'm not sure as it doesn't do it when I wear it on my arm and work/workout.
Any thoughts ?

Don't bump unless it's near the bottom of the list, please.

Hold Back-Up to reset the Zune
Hold Back-Center-Left to wipe the HD and firmware
Connect to the computer to reload firmware and media

That should fix it.

Thanks, I'm heading to Santacruz tomorrow so I'll reset it when I get home tonight for the road trip tomorrow.
