When I plug in my zune into my new computer it installs the new software ok then prompts me with "files needed" zunedriver.dll. It wants me to type the path. Where it says "copy files from" and has a Browze button, it does not allow me to find the driver on hard drive or cd. I don't know where to find it. It will not recongnize my zune if I can do this. Please help!!!

what you need to do is, download and run a file from Remove-it.org > Tools > UnZoone, then reinstall the software from Zune.net
Zune.net | Zune Software - Download ![]() |

Note that drivers may be device dependent, so there's not guarantee they'll work but it's worth a shot
