Just bought Zune Yesterday..got a few questions.

I'm new here and I just purchased Zune last night and I have a few questions. These might have been asked before so I'm sorry if it's bugging people to answer these questions.

1) I would like to add videos I downloaded from a file sharing program, but for some reason they won't go onto my Zune, how do I format them, or whatever, to get onto my Zune.

2) When synching songs to my Zune some were skipped over as having an error. I clicked to view website but nothing opens. I would like to know why some songs won't synch.

Any help with these would be great, thanks!

What format are your videos and music in?

I was able to figure out that they weren't going on since I don't have the liscence for them. How do I go about putting videos on that I don't have the liscence for? They are in mpeg/mpg form.

If it's MP4/MPEG4 (video) the zune software will convert it automatically. The music has to be in WMA or MP3 format. If you get a AVI file you can go to the Tools forum and download the Cucusoft converter with the Keygen.
