Default zune acting stupid and is stuck

on step 3 (the please wait stage)
I didn't even press the buttons to delete everything off my zune and it's been doing this.
I dropped my zune twice, and it was working good for a while after I reset it and reloaded everything, but it just started acting buggy.
Any help?
I tried pressing the reset buttons again, but my zune will just NOT shut off!

Didn't work
I'm thinking I may have to wait for the battery to die, then just do a complete clean sweep.

Yeah.
I mean, I know all the short-cuts/hot keys,
and it just makes me mad because I wasn't even touching my zune when it went into delete mode, (I didn't press back+center+left while reloading)
and now it won't get out of it.
My zune is being gey.
I'll probably just get a zune 80 for my b-day this month, cause I'm sick of this one acting up like it has been

Zune 80 + 1.21 gigawatts = That thing from Cloverfield.
