Downloading zune applications

Im having trouble downloading zune applications. I was able to download the games ok but I keep getting messages from the c# program that the file is missing, moved, or deleted. If anyone knows what to do or can give me the steps to download the program on my zune I would greatly appreciate it.

Are you extracting the source files before opening it in XNA?
