Zune 14 Day Free Trial

Hi All, wondering if someone could help me out. How do I get to use my free 14 pass? I have created an account for my device, but at no stage of the process was I asked to input my 25 digit download code. W

Open the Zune software, sign in (button on top), that button you clicked to sign in, will now just have an icon--click it, click Account Management, click Zune Pass and follow the instructions on-screen

i also have no clue what to do...
it just tells me to put in the code...
which i need in the first place...

if you don't have a free pass you have to get one before using it...

No, you have to have the free pass before you can use it. You can't use something you don't have.

when I click zune pass i get 'page unavailable' i think its cause i live in canada lol

I'm not even entirely sure myself. I'd like to take a crack at this if I could. So far all I get is asking for the promo code.
