computer or zune?

so i had my zune for more than 6 months. recently my zune started acting retarded.

i got a laptop for a grad gift. when i plug in my zune its started uploading songs. when i plug it in again my computer tells me "device driver software was not successfully installed". can anyone help me?

Reinstall the software.

I just realized that if you uninstall the software then reinstall it, that will reinstall the drivers.
That is exactly what you are looking for.
