Ok, i bought a refurbished 30 gb zune from ebay, so it was practically new, and i have the rare problem that some people have with the new update, at MAXIMUM my zune only gets 6 hours of play time, this is with the blacklight on the lowest settings, and with the wireless off.
Ive tried letting it drain all the way, letting it charge all night, then reset it, but that doesnt work, so i wanna know if i buy a new battery, will that fix the problem or is it the actual zune and the update and a new battery wont matter? Help please |

The battery is a consumable device thus the battery life will go down as the device is used. Also the battery life depends on the audio format and bitrate you're using. If you're using windows media 9.2 lossess, your battery life sounds about right.
