PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

my zune says there is only .67gb of storage on it and it wont sync with my computer

and if freezez when i go to about under the settings
THINGS ATTEMPTED SO FAR

i tried erasing everything off of it but it didnt get any better

HAVE YOU RECEIVED ANY ERROR MESSAGES?

that didnt work i guess the hardrive is fried

guess so you can replace the hard drive and void your warrenty or deal with lousy support people in china and japan for microsoft, your choice. generally support is lousy, i have never dealt with microsoft support.
