Installation Error

I saw that people had the same problem as me and had it fixed by downloading Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0. I get the same problem when I tried to download Zune Software.

I don't know if it is my computer or not, my father says it is the program and I say its this hunk of metal sitting on the desk. Can you guys help?
