Default Help! My Zune turns off when it connects to the computer...

My Zune 30 was originally used on my desktop. When I move it to my laptop and attempted to change the sync relationship, the device screen turned off and the software said it had trouble access critical information on the device. I restored the zune device firmware to version 2.5 and reinstalled the zune software on my laptop. Now when I connect it to my laptop, the device displays 'connected' and then turns off automatically. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Many thanks! I am running on Windows XP SP3.

Did you try any of the key combinations to reset/reformat your Zune?

I used the back + center + left key combination to delete everything. still doesn't work. do you think it is a hardware problem?

Try doing the one that removes the Firmware and everything as well.
