#5 CONTACT SUPPORT ERROR

Does anyone know what this error means? Is it the hard drive, board, what?
I have replasced the hard drive and battery but now get this message. dont want to spend anymore if cant be fixed.

It means call tech support. Hence "contact support".

I have and MS will not support. already tried to reset and will not. MS offers out of warr repair for 109.....have worked on zune before and will replace parts but dont want to replace everything so was hoping someone would know what the problem is
