unreadable screen when loading software

Hi, i'm helping my friend install her zune software into her computer but I run into problems. The cd loads good but like after the terms and agreement it should show I am guessing the marketplace screen but it is a complete mess you can read anything or make anything out of the screen. Any help out there? thanks

Some more info might be needed. But from this, it sounds like your computer is the problem. Try loading the software again, and directly from www.zune.net, just in case you have a bad disk.
