Video help!

Hey all,
Just been having a wee video problem, im a bit of a zewbie so this might just be a really really obvious thing that im missing but i dont think it is because im alright with computers n what not.

The problem:
Only some videos will sync with my zune (black 30)
all my soft/firmware is up to date and i have about 15gb of space left on the zune. All the videos are in the correct format (i.e. downloaded from zunetv.net, or converted to the zune specifications on superconverter)
They appear in my collection, so i try and put them into my zune (either right click, or drag and drop method)
It says it is syncing or converting, the % goes all over the place (up and down) then after a few mins of this it reaches %100. Zune says sync completed (connected) but the videos do not appear on my device.

The videos i have managed to get on it so far are:
A parkour vid i got from a forum
Okgo-treadmills music vid
Powerthirst.

As one of the reasons I upgraded my creative micro 5gb (oldschool i know) was because the zune plays videos. So i would really like to fix this asap.

Ive only owned my zune for only 4 days so any help would be appreciated!

P.S. i searched hard for a fix and couldnt find one, incase anyone wants to comment on that.

Try uninstalling with UnZoone and reinstalling with the full package.
