mp4 sync help

I have the newest upgrade of the zune software and 2 movies. when I try to add more, it says, "the folder that stores converted files is full. Either empty the folder or increase its size, then try again."

where do you find the folder?

Hmm, never gotten that error before. Try running UnZoone then reinstalling.

Look in your settings and see. Maybe it tells you the location of the folder.
