help! old zune new user

So I bought me a Zune 30 gig v1.
I updated it and everything and am trying to install zSuite on it,
however since i bought it at a pawn shop,
without the packaging,
i don't have the serial number.

is there any way to get past this?

Serial number should be on the back of the zune, neare the bottem.(on the grey bar)

I don't really know what you could do about that since you don't know where the box is, maybe Microsoft would know.
