ok so whats the deal with loading vids on to your zune i was sucessful at loading a dvd that one of my friends made.

But i cant even get the zune software to even recognise that i have the dvd in the drive or even if i save the dvd to a shared file the software still wont recognise that there are new vids in my comp
oh also i have a 4 gig green and i am on windows vista
I suppose that there is some copywright stuf on there that stops this from working because i got a ameteur video to load but i cant load any other vides like 300 or patriot or what not
So what can i do th fix this problem if there is anything i can do to fix this

You have to convert the videos to WMV first.

You can grab a free converter from this site (you'll have to look for the thread).

Not only that, but 4gb Questions should go under 4/8/80 forum

i dont know what the hell im doing give me a break dave

i am confused where exactly do i look for this converter you are speaking of man

ifound the thread you are talking about im just having a hard time getting it to work with the dreaded vista
every one i try to download the download goes without a hitch but then when i click on the converter icon that goes to open it automatically an window pops up that says converter has stopped working windows is searching for a solution to the problem then it says windows cannot find a solution to the problem and we will notify you if there is a a solution
MAN is there a converter free from somewhere that actually works with vista

also im stoppin into best buy on thursday to pick up some accessorys is there a good converter that you can recommend that is compatible with vista

oh and im trying to convert from dvd to wmv
