Default disconnected wile updateing


My zune is one of the first that came out its rather old its a 30 gig one an yesterday i formated my comp while re installing it auto updated the software so had to update my zune for the first time since i bought it i left it to update for 3 houres the progress bar had stoped an hadnt moved in half an hour from when i got bk up from watchin tele it was 2 in the morning an needed to go to bed so disconnected the zure an went to bed now the zune is crashed on the update screen saying please wait an the progress bar is not were it was the night b4 i have restarted it 3 times just keeps loading the update screen now is there any way to fix this or format or wot eva to get it to work agen ne help would be g8

im not sure what the problem is, other than that its stuck, we need some more information

1) uninstall the software first.
2) Download the latest software from zune.net
3) Install the software
4) Connect your zune and i'tll instruct you to update your firmware.

installed the new software but it does not acknolage the zune
also my computer doesn't either the problem is the firmware its corrupt well i assume since its stuck on the update screen is there anyway to reset the whole zune like a format with out having to use the software

Does not find the Zune? You need new drivers, I'll PM you with new ones.

This happened to me once, and replacing the drivers fixed it.

I am going to have to agree with him on this. If you can do this, reconnect it and see if it works again.
