how do i convert ZuneTV videos onto zune??

well i have a 30gb zune and i was wondering how i convert zune tv vids onto my zune. whenever i download it, it shows it on windows media player and idk what to do from there. i apologize for the noobish question

well.. right click the download link and click save as, then save it to where ever you want it and then open the zune software and sync the video to your zune.
that should work if it doesnt them tell me
