Zune wont hard restart

my zune is a little stupid and i know im doing the hard restart right back+left+center it jus wont restart help or tell me i'm doing it wrong

Try searching the forums I know for a fact there is a good post on here showing pictures and explanations for everything.

You have to restart your zune first(Back+Up) or reboot your zune(Back+Down and then turn your zune on)
Then while the zune is booting up(The screen with the logo and bar) you press Back+Left+Center.
