Zune deleting Videos

MY zune is acting weird because i will sync a video with my zune and it will not be there when i unplug it from my computer

Please help

I had the EXACT same problem. The only solution I found was to clear the firmware/content and re-sync everything. It seems like a hastle but It only took me a few hours to get it back to normal.
