Default Can't sync videos to zune 30

I can't sync any video or podcast to my zune after the installation of the new 2,5 software upgrade. I got the following error: C00D11C6 (8007000E)
Any help pls?

i also own a zune 30, and i also had this problem. Unfortunately, the only way i found to fix this is to delete all content, including the firmware, and then re-syncing it. just make sure that all of your files on your zune are backed up on your computer before you delete everything. the whole re-syncing process took about 20 mins, which is not THAT bad, but it is a hassle. since i have done this, i have not had a single problem with syncing videos, or anything else for that matter. Hope i could help, if you need any more help don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks, for your reply. I've already tried that. Still doesn't work. I think the problem is I'm running Vista

Now, this may seem like a strange question, but what color is your Zune?

Also, what format are the videos in?

hmmm. Ok. Black ones should not have any problems. What video encoder are you using?

i use the zen video converter, its slow, but crops off the sides of wide screen movies so that they are full screen. It saves them in wmv files

You can find all the key combinations in the zune 4/8/80 help section, it's stickied. But as for the firmware/content clear, it's Play+back+left on zune 2's and Play+back+center for zune 30's. You do this while on the zune loading screen.
