Can't Sync Pictures, that's it...

I can sync both video and audio very easily but I get the standard Zune format error. All of my pictures are jpegs so I don't know what the problem is. I have the most recent update for both my Zune 30 Device and Software.

I can't even begin to describe how irritating this is. I have no clue what might be causing the error. I even uninstalled my irfan picture viewer with no luck.

I'm posting a picture to download to see if you can sync it or tell me what the problem is.
