Zune Driver

Everytime I plug my 30GB Zune into my computer it says it is unidentified hardware, but I search for the driver using the wizard and it finds nothing. If I delete my computers recollection of the Zune and install the Zune it installs, but still does not understand what is plugged into the USB port. Also if my sound is on while my Zune is plugged in, it will make a beeping noise every 2 seconds, but still charge. Please someone help!

Someone help me, because I have installed the drivers and everything I just always get this error, thanks.
