Well I had to delete everything off my computer today and I wanted to know if I can copy my zune files to my Pc is that possible?

Easily. Just connect device, veiw its music, then select, drag, and drop onto the desktop icon on the lower left.

you sure seems like nothing is happening I did do the HD hack to access my folder but I cant drag anything because windows stops it for some reason

I've never done the HD hack.
That ay have interfered in your case, I doubt it though. It does seem unresponsive at times, but it should work eventually. I've done this multiple times. It has to download the songs onto your computer, but it doesn't show a percentage or anything when doing this, so you may just have to wait and see.
