zune error 340

when trying to log into the marketplace i keep getting an error
340. i have reinstalled the software from the site. im on vista.
any ideas would be appreciated.

I have been on the phone with Vista support and Zune support for over 5 hours and no one can tell me how to fix it. My husband's PC is also running Vista and I can log into his marketplace with my ID just fine.

Did you ever get yours resolved? If so, how???
