Zune won't start!

Hello all.I would like some help please.I keep having restarts problem with my Zune after a day I've got it.
At first time it worked ok,but after I loaded some music and videos on it,the problems started.I listened to the music with it for 15 minutes,then it stopped suddently and displayed the Zune logo,than dissapeared,then again appeared,then dissapeared.When I tried to power it on,it did the same thing!I tried to reflash the Zune,it erased ok the firmware and put back the 2.5 one and then when it starts to format the contents of the HDD,it restarts the power on/power off procedure.

I attached here 2 videos so you can see how it acts with the power cable not attached and with it attached.

Try letting the power drain all the way down, then recharge it.

just keep clicking on it until you dont see the battery pop up anymore

try a hard reset while its on

Contact Microsoft support and see if you can get a new one. It could be a hardware problem.
My [first] old Dell DJ Pocket had a ton of problems similar to yours, and I sent it in and they gave me a new one for free and it worked fine from then on.
