Noob Zune Help + Clarification

Hey all, I'm quite new to all this Zune stuff
Recently got a Zune 30
I have the firmware version 2.3...

Am I able to downgrade it to a older version that enable to do more things... such as install games and applications? If so, what firmware do I need to downgrade to...etc etc?

And the Zunecentive... basically, by posting more, I get more Zune $$ and can buy things that will be shipped directly to me?

umm u cant play games on old firmware only the new stuff get firmware 2.5 then u can get games and tes by posting more u get more zbs$
