Zune changing video names

I have a zune 30gb, and its version 2.3. Ever since i got the zune, it would sometimes randomly change the name of one of my videos to the name of another video i have. It's almost completely random because the video name might change because i played the video, clicked on the video, or it might change for no reason. It would be nice if someone could tell me the source of this problem.

You realize version 2.5 is out correct?
