Default odd problem with a recurring error

howdy all, first post here cuz it seems useful.
anywho, here my problem, i was listening to my zune minding my own business, when the next song comes up and the zune just stops playing, shows the screen but it seemed to be locked up, so i restarted it and it came up with the "to recover from an error, zune must erase all content and piss you off big time" message so i clicked ok, it restarted and made a funny clicking/humming sound, and came back to the main screen with the same error delete all my stuff mesage, so i left it and later, and after about 6 tries(with that humming sound, dunno if its normal or anything) i came to these boards and did a hard boot(or w/e the delete all content button thing was) and it restarted, came back to the main screen(my background was still there) and had the same error, so i tryed the delete all content/firmware deal, it deleted everything, or said it did(lost 20g of music ><) and i restored the firmware, only this time it came back to the main menu with the default background image, and the same bloody error >< and im back at square one, minus all my music. anyone have a soultion? trying to find some kind of receit to contact tech support for a repair otherwise...unfortunately i throw most things out ><. any help would be highly appreciated!

It truthfully sounds as if your Hard drive is messed up. I wouldn't go about throwing the Zune out just yet. I would suggest calling Zune Support and see if they can assist with this issue (in which they should, of course assuming you are still under warranty.)

They only ask for the Serial Number but if I remember you get 1 year from when you got it Warranty.
